Christmas Craft Sale Vendor Information

All final vendor contracts and payments are due by Monday, November 11, 2019.  **please note that if table space is full before this date, you can be placed on a waitlist in case someone is not able to make it** Cost per table: $50+ donation for door prizes

All proceeds from vendor table fees will go to the cost of using the Blackstock Recreational Centre and any additional funds above the cost will be a donation the Blackstock Agricultural Society.

**5 tables available for business companies (such as but not limited to Pampered Chef, Tupperware, Scentsy), only one representative per business** **there will NOT be a limit to similar type of handmade businesses, please check the confirmed vendor list on Blackstock Craft Fair Facebook page or send an email to request the list** Please note: * information collected from door prizes WILL NOT be used for any solicitation from any vendor ** Tables are only reserved and confirmed when BOTH the contract AND payment is received; this is on a first come, first served basis. Without both the signed contract and payment, your space WILL NOT be reserved. Vendor Contract Signed contracts and payment is what will ensure your space is saved for you! All final vendor contracts and payments are due by Monday, November 11, 2019. **please note that if table space is full before this date, you can be placed on a waitlist in case someone is not able to make it** Cost per table is $50 plus donation for door prizes. Each table will have 2 chairs available with it. Please note there will not be room for a provided table plus racks/shelves. If you would like to use racks/shelves you can use them in place of a table (please make note on the contract that you do not need a table); we want to ensure the walkways remain accessible and that vendors do not crowd their neighbours. Payments accepted are: cash (drop off arrangements in Blackstock or Enfield ), cheque (payable to Blackstock Agricultural Society), or EMT (information will be provided via email with email address and password to send EMT to). It is your responsibility to: *be set up prior to 10 am and to not begin packing up until 3 pm *keep your area tidy and accessible to customers at all times *ensure you have necessary things to set up your table (including table cloth) *to be honest and reliable to all customers *to be considerate of other vendors (when setting up displays, communicating, noise level, etc.) *no vendor will request another vendor put items away off of their table to not be sold; if there are any concerns regarding items for sale, please see Sarah, Jennifer, Mary, Nicole. Cancellation policy: If you are not able to make it to the sale last minute please see if someone else can attend in your place (for your company/business). If this is not possible, full refund will only be given with notice given by noon on November 11, 2019. After this, due to minimum vendors needed to ensure the bazaar is able to continue, no refunds will be able to be made unless the table is able to be filled with another vendor. All proceeds from vendor table fees will go to the cost of using the Blackstock Recreational Centre and any additional funds above the cost will be a donation the Blackstock Agricultural Society.
